Angelo & Veronica are celebrating 33 years of marriage, music, and ministry together. Their official debut album, Higher Place, was released in August 1992. They have won three Dove awards, including Urban Album of the Year and Contemporary Black Gospel Song of the Year for their song, “God Knows”. They have also received a GMWA Excellence Award nomination.

Angelo Petrucci is of Italian descent and was born in Boston, MA. Angelo’s father was a professional jazz guitar player and started teaching him guitar at five years old. When Angelo’s father became ill, Angelo replaced his dad in his band at just 13 years old and became one of the most sought-after musicians in Boston. Angelo won a full scholarship to Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Veronica Torres is of Puerto Rican descent and was born in the Bronx, NY. Angelo first saw Veronica when she was 19 years old at Berklee College of Music while singing a solo in the Berklee Gospel Choir. Angelo says as soon as he saw Veronica, he said, “that’s my wife.” They were married in April 1992..

Veronica Petrucci has recorded three solo albums including Made It Out Alive. She has won Atlanta Gospel Choice Award Winner for Best Female Artist and The Block Buster Showcase Music Award for Song of the Year for “Made It Out Alive”. Veronica's book, How I Made It Out Alive, is her personal testimony of overcoming fear and depression. She is currently working on her second book.

A&Vhave been awarded honorary doctorates for their contribution in Christian and Gospel music. They are also voice teachers and offer online vocal training, Master Your Voice. They started a ministry called Higher Place Church in 2015. Angelo’s expertise as a musician, mix engineer and producer combined with Veronica’s prolific songwriting create music and vocals that never go out of style. Angelo & Veronica Petrucci have written over 150 songs. Their newest creation is their 15th album called Created for You. Created for You album will debut on the new Angelo & Veronica internet radio station which will play their music and church messages 24/7.
